Q: As a Tennessee resident, I'm curious about 12.5% buyers premium. How is that divided between the task force and GovDeals or does the entire 12.5% go to the the task force? And, in either case, what does premium fee fund? Thanks. (5/16/19 7:26 PM)
A: the 12.5% premium fee is the fee for GovDeals. The task force does not get any of the fee. We do receive the amount for the item auctioned. Q: ...but the G37 sedan was not made until 2009; In 2008 the sedan was G35 and the coupe was G37. So..Either this is a 2008 G35 that perhaps had rear damage and was repaired with G37 badge (I notice the rebuilt sticker), or it is a 2009 G37 sedan? How does it read on title? Thank you so much. A: I will have to do some research when I get to the office. I have been out of town since last week. I will update tomorrow Ok, I have returned to work and this vehicle is titled as a G35 which appears to be correct. We do not have any knowledge of any work or modifications that were done since we have had the title on this vehicle. We acquired the vehicle 4/20/2017 and it was titled to use 9/27/2017. It was used as a fleet vehicle until recently but is no longer needed so we are selling it. (5/22/19 10:44 PM)

A: The pictures are of the actual car.This was a seized vehicle. When it was previously listed it was brought to our attention the discrepancy about the G37 vs G35. It was determined that it was a G35 based on the title. There was also an issue with the title due to a oversite at the state level. We pulled the listing until that could be corrected. I am not aware of anyone pulling out of the bid previously. It is now corrected so we have relisted it with the correct title info. (7/5/19 10:19 AM)

Q: I think the trunk lid question can be answered easily, a G35 and G37 share the same lid. If the car was wrecked in the rear, a lid from a used G37 was used. Maybe this will help. (7/6/19 11:14 AM)

Q: In an attempt to clarify and prevent your having to answer the same question over and over...if you are concerned of the exact model of this or any vehicle, simply do a VIN decode of the specific car/truck and you will ascertain what kind, model, year, engine displacement etc...
