1. The Payment for the Asset Sold Amount and Buyer’s Premium will be made to GovDeals.
2. The Notated Payment for the Towing Fee will be paid directly to the Towing Company listed.
3. After you have paid the Towing Company, please provide that receipt to Sumner County Sheriff's Office to pick up the asset you purchased.

A: The tow company is the original company that towed to our lot. We will not tow anywhere. When the tow bill is paid along with the auction price it is then your responsibility to pick up. (1/20/22 8:46 AM)

A: The Honda does not have a key and it appears to be punched out. I have know idea what Georgia requires. I will give you a judgment from the Criminal Court of Sumner County as well as a letter from the sheriff's office stating the property was forfeited and seized. (1/20/22 11:35 AM)

A: I am sorry you feel that way. These are drug cases and all monies have to be kept seperate. The motorcycle was towed to the lot and the Tow company has in good faith they will at some point get their money. I am sure this sound confusing and apologize. All the paperwork is in order this is a seized item so all the paperwork is the judgment where you can apply for a title. (1/25/22 5:54 AM)
