A 2009 Ford E450 for auction. The overall condition can be seen in the photos. The advertised odometer is not accurate as it was the last recorded mileage when the unit entered the shop. Please note that this unit has been sitting for years in the same spot not being used. Please also note that this unit was used for parts; no record of parts taken from this unit have been kept. Mold can be seen on the exterior surface of the interior. This unit was not tested for functionality. If there is a mechanical issue with this unit, it is unknown. Any insignia related to the City will be covered with white paint. Please consider that no assistance will be provided with the removing of the auction item. Sold AS IS, WHERE IS, No WARRANTY. Bid at your own risk, not all defects can be detected though the photos. If any faults are detected during the loading process to remove the auction item, it is still the winning bidder's property. The Buyer is not entitled to any payment for loss of profit or any other money damages – special, direct, indirect, or consequential. Description Warranty: Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for mis-description must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and a refund will be issued. Payment methods for this item are Wire Transfer, PayPal, or credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) only. PayPal and credit card purchases are limited to below $5,000.00 and Bidders residing in the United States, Canada and Mexico Only. If the winning bid plus applicable taxes, if any indicated, plus the buyer's premium equals to $5,000.00 or more, Wire Transfer must be used. Buyers on level one probation have a PayPal and Credit Card limit of $1,000. If Wire Transfer is chosen, a Wire Transfer Transaction Summary page will provide payment and account information. The Wire Transfer must be completed within 5 days unless otherwise specified below. Removal: All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate.
