1986 Caterpillar 140G Motor Grader with total of 5,121 hours. Hour meter was replaced at 4,487 hours, new hour meter shows 634 hours. Unit is in fair condition, normal wear and tear, scratches dings. Item has Caterpillar Ripper Model #8J7023 installed. Unit has 1 flat tire, see pictures for status of tires, batteries are dead. Engine is a Caterpillar 3306 DI I-6 engine with the factory prescribed maintenance done every 250 hours.

Q: Does the engine and transmission operate as it should? Does the air conditioner work ? Can someone there at the location help start it to load it ? (6/5/23 11:22 AM)
A: Good morning, The engine and transmission are in good working order. The air conditioning worked when the unit was taken out of service but has been sitting idle for a couple of years. We should be able to assist in getting it jump started so it can be loaded. (6/5/23 1:36 PM)

Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
