ALL property is offered for sale 'AS IS, WHERE IS'. All vehicles are sold with clean titles, UNLESS on the "Description" it is noted as being sold with a Certificate of Destruction or other category.
Viewing/inspection of the item/vehicle may be performed by making an appointment with Derek Vinink OR Felix Sarragua @ (305) 884-7571 or (305) 882-1938. The item(s) is located at 6601 NW 72 Avenue, Miami, Fl 33166 .
Please review the attached pictures and/or video to assess the physical condition of the vehicle or item. Nevertheless, it is strongly advised that all bidders physically inspect the vehicle/item prior to making a bid, since all vehicles/items are used and may have damage or defects NOT visible or immediately detectable. Customers are NOT allowed to test-drive nor turn-on any vehicle/item during physical inspection. Most vehicles/items are towed to the viewing facility; thus, Miami-Dade County staff does not conduct any test-drive on any vehicle/item. PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT VEHICLES/ITEMS CANNOT BE VIEWED OR INSPECTED ONCE THE AUCTION ENDS.

Wire Transfer is the only payment option for this item. The Wire Transfer Transaction Summary page will provide payment and account information. The Wire Transfer must be completed within 5 days unless otherwise specified below.

PAYMENT MUST BE MADE ONLINE -- To make online payment, log into your Liquidity Services account and select 'My Bids'. Please follow the instructions there.

Payment in full is DUE NO LATER than five (5) business days from the time and date of the Buyer's Certificate. Payment must be made electronically through the this website. Payment Methods are listed in the Terms and Conditions.

TAX EXEMPTION: Where taxes are applicable (see the Buyer's Certificate), tax-exemption documents MUST be provided to the seller within 24 hours of the auction's close/end and BEFORE payment is made. Please contact the seller at (305) 594-5768 for further instructions and to address any related questions.

ALL PROPERTY MUST BE REMOVED WITHIN FIVE (5) BUSINESS DAYS FROM THE DATE OF ISSUANCE OF THE BUYER'S CERTIFICATE (or Auction End Date). Seller reserves the right to reclaim and resell all items not removed by the specified removal date. Seller also reserves the right to retain the payment collected for the item(s) which buyer fails to remove by the specified removal date.
Please Note: Storage fees, when applicable, are to be paid with a debit/credit card through the GovDeals website. A five ( 5%) credit card fee will be added to the total amount due.

If you are the successful highest/winning bidder, once your full payment has processed online, you must first print and sign the Bill of Sale where it states “Buyer/Agent Signature”. You will then need to scan the signed Bill of Sale to our office along with a copy of the account holder’s driver’s license or State ID to: ISD-CAPINV@miamidade.gov. The finalized Bill of Sale will be e-mailed to you with our signature and will need to be shown at the pickup location. Keep in mind assets will not be released at the pickup location unless a copy of the fully signed Bill of Sale is shown. Please note the name on the Bill of Sale will be the name on the Title. To request a name change, please email our office at ISD- CAPINV@miamidade.gov before emailing your signed copy.

Titles, if applicable, will be prepared for mailing once our office has finalized the Bill of Sale and e-mailed it back to you. You are also required to pick up the item or vehicle at the Animal Services facility located at 6601 NW 72 Avenue, Miami, FL 33166. Please call Derek Vinink or Mr. Felix Sarragua at (305) 884-7571 or (305) 882- 1938 to coordinate the removal of the item(s).

If you are the successful highest/winning bidder and wish to have a transport company or third party pick up the sale paperwork and equipment please follow the steps below:

1- From the email address that is registered in your GovDeals profile please send an email to Ashley and Wilfredo at: ISD-CAPINV@miamidade.gov in which you attach a clear copy of your driver's license or State ID.
2- On the email, please type the full description of the vehicle to include the identifying numbers as they appear on the title of the auction.
3- On the email, please also advise the specific name of the transport company or person picking up on your behalf, and state that you "authorize this person to pick up the paperwork and vehicle on your behalf".

Once you send this email please call Ms. Pinder or Mr. Alonso @ 305-594-5768 to confirm the email arrived. The designated representative of the company or the individual named should bring either a company ID or some document from the company so we can verify this information, or a valid driver’s license, as applicable.

Guaranty Waiver: All property is offered for sale 'AS IS, WHERE IS'. All sales are final. Miami-Dade County makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale.

Description Warranty: Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription MUST be made PRIOR to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property. Also note: some accessories or items may be missing from the vehicles i.e. spare tires, floor mats, spare keys, etc. and some vehicles sold with Certificate of Destruction may not even have any key available.
