2005 John Deere 455G Dozer SN T0455GA887074 Equipment started when it was driven to the surplus site, is operable, needs repair. Diesel engine, maintained every 100 hrs. Lift arm cylinders have leaks & multiple leaks around the tractor. Color yellow, no glass, open cab. Contains dents, scratches, dings all around. No decals, have been removed, impressions remain. Emergency equipment has been removed. 2 tracks.

TAX EXEMPTION: Where taxes are applicable (see the Buyer's Certificate), Tax Exempt documents must be provided to GovDeals Bidder Services at within 24 hours of the auctions close and before payment is made. Removal is by Appointment Only and all items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Please contact David Whitaker or Lauren Childers to schedule a pick up time. No employees of the Town of Mooresville will be available to assist with loading or removal of equipment.

Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.
