Inspection

Inspection: Most items offered for sale are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable. Bidder may inspect the property prior to bidding. Hours of operation for inspections are Monday thru Friday between 8:00 a.m. – 11:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m.-2:00 p.m.

Payments: Payment in full is due no later than 5 business days from the time and date of the Buyer’s Certificate. Acceptable forms of payments are Cash, Certified Cashiers Check, and Money Order. Payment shall be made payable to: City of Gadsden.

Removal

Removal: All items must be removed within 10 days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and transport any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website. Property may be removed between the hours of 8 am to 2 p.m. Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays. Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final.
