Once you request an item, an email will be sent to your campus/department and Facilities Services Warehouse. Please complete form INV-1 Transfer of Furniture and Equipment with administrative approval.
You must submit a work order in the Facilitron Work Order system with the INV-1 attached and referencing the auction item number from this site. Items will be scheduled for delivery once a work order and form INV-1 have been received.
