You are are bidding on 1 lot of Grandstand Bleachers used at the Wisconsin State Fair.

The bleachers are composed of both aluminum and steel.

They are approximately 117’ wide 56’ deep and 28’ high to the top of the back row.

This section of bleachers will seat approximately 1,100 people.

The winning bidder will be responsible for removing the structure and the seating between April 22nd and May 13th, 2016.

The Wisconsin State Fair Park will be responsible for the following;

• Removal of all electrical, plumbing and low voltage systems from the structure.

• Removal of all concrete support columns

• All site restoration

Inspection

Payment

Removal
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate. The winning bidder will be responsible for removing the structure and the seating between April 22nd and May 13th, 2016.
