You are bidding on a used 30kw military surplus diesel generator 148 hours. It worked until the batteries were removed and stored (operating condition unknown). Q: Is there a fuel tank built into this unit? Capacity? You do not accept credit card payments? Are you able to put this on a wooden pallet and strap it down for our driver to pick up? (1/18/22 5:36 PM)
A: There is an internal fuel tank, they are usually 35 gallons. We do not accept credit cards. I have a forklift that can lift it about 4 feet off the ground but we don't have pallets. (1/19/22 9:11 AM)

Payment
The Buyer’s Certificate will contain information to schedule payment & removal Payment in full is due not later than 5 business days from the time and date of the Buyer’s Certificate. Accepted forms of payment are: Cashier’s Check, Certified Check, Money Order, Traveler’s Checks, Company Check (with Bank letter guaranteeing payment – mandatory). Checks shall be made payable to: Dale County Sheriff’s Office. Payments shall be made at the location listed in the Buyer’s Certificate.
Removal
Removal. All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Under no circumstances will Dale County Sheriff’s Office assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping. Consideration of Bid. Dale County Sheriff’s Office reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to withdraw from sale any of the items listed.
