Items are usually available for inspection Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM EST.
The Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. All items will be shipped UPS Ground using the Seller’s account information and at the Buyer’s expense (Use the provided UPS Ship Calculator for an estimate). This charge will appear on the Buyer’s final invoice, and will be included in the total amount due in the Winning Bidder Notification. Full payment is due on, or before, the 7th calendar day from the last day of the auction. The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is unable to accept payment by PayPal.
You may pay by credit card by calling 717-787-6995 or you may send your payment in the form of a certified/cashier’s check or bank money order made payable to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Cash with pickup only.
Shipping is available from this seller, the cost will be determined between seller and buyer after the auction closes. Buyer will be able to decline shipping from the seller. Buyer will not make a payment until shipping is declined and/or final price is determined. Seller will arrange transport of purchased property, and buyer will be responsible for all costs and risks associated with removal. All items must be removed within 10 calendar days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Property may be removed between the hours of 8:30 AM through 2:00 PM EST Monday-Friday, excluding legal holidays.
Property not picked up within 10 calendars days from date of auction close, reverts back to the Department of General Services with no financial compensation made to the buyer. Please pick up your items promptly.
