All vehicles and equipment are sold "as is, where is" and we strongly recommend the bidders to self-inspect the auctions prior to bidding. Auction only includes the item as described and any other machine/equipment seen on pictures in the surroundings are not part of this auction.

Surplus does not have a certified mechanic on-site to inspect any vehicles. Absence of any mention of defects does not mean there are none. It is the responsibility of the winning bidder to research all of the potential recalls that may be on the vehicle.

Most items offered for sale are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable.

Payment in full is due not later than five (5) business days from the time and date of the Buyers Certificate.

TAX EXEMPTION:

Where taxes are applicable (see the Buyer’s Certificate), Tax Exempt documents must be provided to this seller within 24 hours from the time and date of the Buyers Certificate and before payment is made. Please contact SurplusCashier@des.wa.gov 360-407-2271.

Payment methods for this item are Wire Transfer, PayPal, or Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express*, Discover) only. *American Express is not available for buyers on probation. PayPal and Credit Card purchases are limited to below $5,000.00 and Bidders residing in the United States, Canada and Mexico Only. If the winning bid plus applicable taxes, if any indicated, plus the buyer's premium equals to $5,000.00 or more, Wire Transfer must be used. If Wire Transfer is chosen, a Wire Transfer Transaction Summary page will provide payment and account information. The Wire Transfer must be completed within 5 days.

PICK UP DEADLINE:

All items must be removed within five (5) business days from the time and date of the Buyer's Certificate.

Loading and Transportation of this vehicle/equipment is the buyer's responsibility.

The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including loading and transportation of the property. No assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $25.00 will be charged for any item not removed within the 5 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.

REMOVAL OPTIONS

Option 1: Local Pick Up:
Buyer may choose to pick this item up in person.

Option 2: Third Party Pick Up:
Buyer may have someone else pick up this item. An Authorization of Release must be emailed to the Agency email listed above prior to pick up. Seller will verify photo ID to release this item.

NOTICE:
If you are the winning bidder and default by failing to adhere to this sellers terms and conditions, your account with GovDeals WILL BE LOCKED.
