2011 Takeuchi TB235 Mini Excavator Backhoe. Excavator was in operable condition when taken out of service February 2022. 3202 total hours. Routine maintenance performed approximately every 250 hours.

There are scratches and rust on the unit and it is heavily rusted in some areas to include floor and seat, see photos. The tracks are almost completely worn down and will likely need replacing. The bucket bushings need replacing and create some loose play on the bucket. Inspection is highly recommended.

A: First bidder did not contact us or make payment timely. Second bidder brought to our attention that the unit has heavy rust in some places to include the seat and floor. They were not happy with the representation of the condition on the previous ad. The description on this ad was updated and three pictures of the rust spots were added. Understand this asset is being listed by office staff with limited knowledge of heavy machinery. RemovalRemoval
All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Under no circumstances will Georgetown County Water and Sewer District assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping. Property may be removed between the hours of 9:00a.m. and 3:00p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays.
