(1) Stihl Chainsaw, Model # 026, Not running, Chain tensioner is broken.
(1) Husqvarna Chainsaw, Model# 346XP, Runs but is well used.
(1)Hoover Commercial Vacuum, Works.
(1) Centrifugal Pump, Engine Driven, Engine: Briggs & Stratton, Model:091232. Engine is no good due to using ethanol, fuel tank missing, fuel lines are bad Pump may still be usable.
(1) 12 Ton Bottle Jack. Will not lift, possible bad seal.
(1) Calc-An Acre-Micro-Trak, Unknown working condition, some pieces may be missing.
Items are sold as-is, where-is with no exceptions.

1. Payment is due within 5 (five) business days of auction closure.
2. Any invoice $5,000 or above requires payment via wire transfer.

SALES TAXWhen applicable, sales tax is calculated based upon the auction’s advertised location.

Property must be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Buyers have five (5) business days to pay once the auction closes. Once payment is made, buyers have five (5) business days to remove property. Any property not removed within the five (5) day time frame is considered abandoned and will be disposed of as The State of Ohio chooses. NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN. Buyer will also be prohibited from bidding and buying from The State of Ohio.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided.
If you plan to have a third party complete removal of this item/lot, you must complete and sign the Authorization of Release document found on this link. The signed copy must be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org prior to any removal arrangements being made.

Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
