2000 Wells Cargo Tailer. Only known issues is needs new brakes, battery replacement and new wiring for lights. Has not passed inspection. See inspection sheet and pictures for more details. **All items are purchased “AS IS, WHERE IS”. It is strongly recommended that you make an appointment and view item before bidding. Winning bidder is responsible for everything associated for packaging and shipping. Seller does not package, palletize or secure product for shipping. Winning bidder is also responsible for all loading and any disassembly. Seller is not obligated to provide assistance or equipment for loading or tools for disassembly. Due to space restrictions all items purchased MUST be removed in accordance with terms and conditions provided below otherwise you will be defaulted. Buyer must provide 24 hours notice before removing. All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. If you plan to have a third party complete removal of this item/lot, you must complete and sign the Authorization of Release document found on this link. The signed copy must be sent to the email listed on your Buyer's Certificate prior to any removal arrangements being made. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Under no circumstances will Seller assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping.te.
