-All cabin removal work and removal costs are the responsibility of the buyer

-Immediately after payment and insurance/liability release requirements are met the cabin is available for removal.

-The deck and cabin must be removed from Larimer County property no later than 2/15/2021.

A Bill of Sale stating the following must be signed and returned before the cabin will be released. “Asset is sold as is, where is and without warranty. Colorado law applies and is the jurisdiction for any litigation. Once the asset is removed from the seller's premises there is no refund of monies previously paid.”

BEFORE BIDDING on this cabin, please carefully review the attached Insurance Requirements under Additional Information. Proof of insurance coverage documents will be required before the cabin will be released. A liability release will be required of an individual in lieu of insurance coverage.

Permit requirements are determined by the route, height, width, & weight. A Larimer County Special Transport permit may be required & most likely a Colo Department of Transportation permit. A pilot escort may also be required along with permits for all states the cabins travels through. Q: Are these cabins on skids like a portable building or were they erected on site? Thanks (1/11/21 7:34 AM)
A: The cabins are sitting on axles and tires and have a hitch. They do NOT have lights and it is recommended buyers contact a mobile home mover for best results. They are not on a foundation. These pictures were taken a few months ago. Since then they were relocated to a better one to sell them from. (1/12/21 3:48 PM)
Q: How many cabins are for sale? If you buy one cabin can you have an option to buy the best of the same price of the first one? What is the height of the peak when it’s on wheels? (1/20/21 5:30 PM)
A: The cabins are numbered (see sign by the door) and the auctions are labeled accordingly. So who ever is high bidder for the auction labeled Cabin #1 will be buying the cabin with the #1 sign by the door. To the peak on wheels is around 14' -6" (1/22/21 9:13 AM)

The cabin must be removed from Larimer County property by 2/15/2021. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary for the move. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $50.00 may be charged for if not removed by 2/15/2021.
