The Buyer’s Certificate will contain information to schedule payment & removal.
Payment in full is due not later than 5 business days from the time and date of the Buyers Certificate. Acceptable forms of payment are U.S. Currency, Certified Cashier's Checks, or Money Orders. Certified Cashier's Check or Money Order should be made out to the Mobile County Sheriff's Office. If payment is not received within 5 days from the auction end date and time, the Mobile County Sheriff Office reserves the right to reclaim and re-post the item and the buyer will be prohibited from the use of GovDeals.

All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and/or removal and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate.
*****If someone other than the successful bidder will be picking up the item(s), an ORIGINAL NOTARIZED LETTER stating who will be picking up the items, will need to be presented at the time of pick up from the winning bidder.*****
A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any items not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate. If the item is not removed within 10 days from the auction end date and time, the seller reserves the right to reclaim and re-post the item and the buyer will be prohibited from the use of GovDeals.
