Q: Is the compressor connected so that if I make an appointment to inspect it I can see it running? (1/19/21 8:44 AM) A: Unfortunately the compressor is disconnected from power since being taken out of service in 2015. It was working when taken out of service. (1/19/21 3:27 PM) |

All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Property may be removed between the hours of 9:00a.m. and 3:00p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays.
