Auto-bid

As a bidder, you don't have to constantly watch auctions and worry about being outbid! All GovDeals Internet Auctions feature an auto-bid. In the bid box on the auction view page, enter the HIGHEST dollar amount that you are willing to pay, and the GovDeals bidding system will bid on your behalf by placing a bid at the current LOWEST minimum bid. If another bidder outbids your LOWEST minimum bid, the system will automatically place another bid, once again making you the current high bidder, until your "top dollar" number is reached. The auto-bidding system will continue to place the LOWEST minimum bids on your behalf until you are the winner of the auction or another bidder bids higher than your auto-bid. Auto-bids are completely private and are never displayed to other bidders. In the event of a reserve price auction, your auto-bid will immediately bid up to the amount of the reserve OR to the max amount of your auto-bid if the reserve price is in excess of your auto-bid.

Bid Extension

If a bid is placed during the final 3 minutes of an auction, the auction's current end time will automatically extend for additional 3 minutes. This will continue until no bids are placed during the last three minutes.

Since most bidding occurs during the final minutes of an auction, this allows all bidders a sufficient amount of time to continue bidding.

Probation Level 1 Bidding

This Seller has instituted a Bidder Probation Restriction on this auction. To have this restriction removed, a $1,000 refundable deposit in the form of a Certified Cashier's Check or U.S. Postal Money Order must be mailed to GovDeals, Inc., 100 Capitol Commerce Boulevard, Suite 110, Montgomery, AL 36117. Once 60 days have passed GovDeals will return this bid deposit.

Lot of 2 Fiberglass Bulk Liquid Storage Tanks

Each tank originally had two compartments inside. One side was 300 gallon, and the other 100 gallon.
The partitions inside each tank had holes cut into them to make the tanks single 400 gallon compartments.

Tanks were removed from sprayer trucks that are being repurposed.
Originally used for the application of pesticides and herbicides.

One tank is missing the screw-on lid on the top.
They both hold liquid without any problem. No damages or cracks.

They're both sitting on pallets and we will assist with loading via the forklift.
Pickup via third party (uShip, etc) or LTL freight carrier is fine.
We do NOT provide freight quotes, not suggest specific freight carriers.
We will band the tanks down to the pallets if the buyer wants to ship them.

Approximate dimensions are 5 foot long, 4 foot wide, and 4 foot high.
Unable to get exact weights because they're too large to get on the pallet scale.

TAX CALCULATION & EXEMPTIONS


TAX CALCULATION: Sale Tax, where applicable, will be calculated and added at the end of the auction.

TAX EXEMPTION: Where taxes are applicable (see the Buyer's Certificate), Tax Exempt documents must be provided to GovDeals Bidder Services at taxhelp@liquidityservices.com within 24 hours of the auctions close and before payment is made. Bidders are encouraged to submit their Tax Exempt Documentation prior to the Auction's close to expedite this process. Please contact GovDeals Bidder Services for all tax exemption questions.

PICK UP DEADLINE

All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction. Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Call Charles Decker at (260) 337-3386 or email charles@deckerservices.com to schedule.

A daily storage fee of $10.00 per asset will be charged after the deadline. No exceptions.

The seller will not arrange freight pickup or provide freight carrier referrals or quotes. The Buyer can use our location and zip code in the asset listing when obtaining a quote and scheduling the freight company they have contracted with. All freight shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

REMOVAL OPTIONS

Option 1: Local Pick Up
You may choose to pick this item up in person. We have a forklift on site, and we will assist with loading. We also have a semi-height loading dock with hydraulic dock leveler and a pallet jack.

Option 2: Third Party Pick Up:
Buyers may have someone else pick up this item on their behalf. We must receive an email in advance specifying the third party you choose so we have documentation in place. The third party may be required to show photo ID, and the third party will be required to sign the Bill of Sale on your behalf before the item(s) will be released to them.

Option 3: Freight Pick Up with Full Freight Prep (LARGE ITEMS & PALLETS ONLY)
Buyers may have a freight company pick up their item(s). Decker Services will prepare the item(s) for freight shipping for a $40 per pallet preparation fee. Preparation consists of covering the item(s) in plastic wrap and/or banding the item(s) to a pallet only. The buyer will be responsible for making any and all shipping arrangements and prepaying freight cost with a freight carrier prior to shipping. A Bill of Lading (which MUST reference the Asset ID number) shall be emailed to charles@deckerservices.com. Items will be available for freight pickup 2 (two) business days after receipt of the Bill of Lading.

Option 4: Ground Carrier Shipping (SMALL ITEMS ONLY)
Buyers may have a ground carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) pick up smaller items. Decker Services will prepare items for shipping for a $15 fee. Preparation consists of boxing up the item(s) and using adequate packaging material (bubble wrap, paper, styrofoam, etc.) The buyer will be responsible for making any and all shipping arrangements and prepaying for a shipping label for the carrier of their choice and scheduling a pickup in advance. A shipping label shall be emailed to charles@deckerservices.com. Items will be available for pickup 2 (two) business days after receipt of the shipping label.

Options 3 and 4 require that you to call us to pay the preparation fee via card over the phone. The Buyer is responsible for all costs and risks associated with removal via shipping or freight. GovDeals and the Seller neither endorses nor accepts responsibility or liability for lost shipments, lost profits, damage to the property or any other claims or damages arising from Buyer’s use of a ground carrier or freight shipper.
