2013 Chevrolet Tahoe Police SPORT UTILITY 4-DR, 5.3L V8 OHV 16V FFV. Vehicle starts, runs, and drives strong. (See Test Drive Video). Vehicle noticed to have a miss fire when driving at low acceleration. No engine light is illuminated to diagnose miss fire. Does not miss fire at idling or hard acceleration. (See Test Drive Video). 5.3 V6 gas engine is operable. Removed from service May 30, 2021. Automatic transmission is operable. 2WD. Drivetrain is in good condition. Exterior is black with minor dents, scratches, and dings that may not be visible in photos. Windshield has a crack (See Photo). Passenger side mirror missing. Paint is in good condition. Unmarked vehicle so no glue residue or impressions in the paint. Interior is black with no damage to the flooring, dash, and door panels. Missing upper light cover for map lights. Front seats are black with a small tear to the driver seat lower cushion (See Photo). Rear seats are black vinyl. Stock AM/FM CD radio. AC blows cold. Dual airbags to the front, side curtain airbags. Cruise control, tilt steering, remote mirrors, power driver seat. Power steering, windows, and door locks. Vehicle has modified metal console with computer stand. Q: Have the interior lights this came with originally been removed? I noticed the whelen lights are still on the front bumper. Siren control gone too? Q: Just to be clear on the engine miss-fire or running rough.... It is not showing any check engine lights or trouble codes? So the miss is NOT diagnosed and could be a mechanical issue. Do you guarantee no mechanical issue with the engine? Please be honest with us. Thank you for your time. (6/27/21 11:37 PM) A: The miss hasn't been diagnosed. The department decided to sell the vehicle due to the age and mileage instead of keeping it as a reserve vehicle. It doesn't show any codes or engine light on the vehicle. When the vehicle is idling it doesn't have a miss. When I test drove the vehicle for the video it didn't miss at high acceleration and seemed very strong. It only seemed to miss when low acceleration or cruising speeds. The department doesn't have any guarantees on vehicles that are sold just the information that is available to us. (6/28/21 8:04 PM) |

Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. Bidders will be locked unless a prior arrangement has been made for any item not removed within the ten (10) business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
