A Bill of Sale stating the following must be signed and returned before the cabin will be released. “Asset is sold as is, where is and without warranty. Colorado law applies and is the jurisdiction for any litigation. Once the asset is removed from the seller's premises there is no refund of monies previously paid.”
BEFORE BIDDING on this cabin, please carefully review the attached Insurance Requirements under Additional Information. Proof of insurance coverage documents will be required before the cabin will be released. A liability release will be required of an individual in lieu of insurance coverage.
Permit requirements are determined by the route, height, width, & weight. A Larimer County Special Transport permit may be required & most likely a Colo Department of Transportation permit. A pilot escort may also be required along with permits for all states the cabins travels through. The cabin must be removed from Larimer County property by 2/15/2021. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary for the move. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $50.00 may be charged for if not removed by 2/15/2021.
