When you have arrived at the UF Surplus warehouse to pick up your items, please call (352) 392-0370 and the UF Surplus staff will instruct you on where to park to load up your purchases. Pick up availability is given on a first come first served basis.

RemovalRemoval
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate.

The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. Property may be inspected between the hours of 8:30am and 3:30pm, Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays. Bidders are invited and urged to inspect the property before submitting their bid.

Removal:
Please contact David Dykes by email: surplus-fa@ufl.edu or by phone (352) 392-0370 to schedule removal. All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified.

Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal of any and all property awarded to them. The University will not furnish loading service of any kind. Bidder shall assume responsibility for packaging, crating, loading, or hauling unless otherwise indicated. Successful bidders (Buyer) are responsible for all arrangements and shall perform all necessary work including packing, loading, and transportation of any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the Buyers Certificate. The successful bidder must assume all liability that may be incurred in connection with the removal of the property from the premises. Property may be removed between the hours of 8:30am and 4:00pm, Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays.
