Removal of item(s) by appointment only. PLEASE NOTE: You must call 24 to 48 hours in advance to schedule pick up. Please contact Mike Stanberry at 828-545-1172 or Michael.Stanberry@buncombecounty.org to schedule removal. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate.
Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. We do not ship items from our location. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL BUNCOMBE COUNTY ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY FOR PACKING, LOADING OR SHIPPING. BUYER SHALL MAKE ALL ARRANGEMENTS AND PERFORM ALL WORK NECESSARY INCLUDING PACKING, LOADING AND REMOVAL OF ANY AND ALL ITEMS AWARDED TO THEM. BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR BRINGING PERSONNEL AND EQUIPMENT TO REMOVE ALL ITEMS. Buncombe County reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
