A: Engine is a Cummins ISL 370 hp Transmission is Allison 4000 series. Alcoa wheels are hub piloted. Tire Sizes: Front 315/80R22.5 Rear 12R22.5 (10/4/19 11:14 AM)
|Inspection: It is strongly recommended that all interested parties inspect the vehicle thoroughly before an offer to purchase is submitted. Most items offered for sale are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable. Bidders may inspect the property prior to bidding. Bidders must adhere to the inspection dates and times indicated in the item description. All items are sold as is. Payment in full is due not later than 5 business days from the time and date of the Buyer’s Certificate. Acceptable forms of payment are: U. S. Currency, Certified Cashier’s Check, Money Order, or a Company Check (with Bank Letter guaranteeing funds – mandatory).
Checks shall be made payable to: City of Rochester Hills.

After payment is processed bidder will then be directed to 511 E. Auburn Rd, Rochester Hills, MI 48307.
Removal: All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Property may be removed between the hours of 9:00a.m. and 3:00p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays.
All vehicles will be removed at the risk and expense of the purchaser. The items must be loaded without City staff participation.
|NOTE: A 7.5% Buyers Premium will be added to the final sale price.
LIABILITY: All items are sold “as is” and “where is” without warranty either expressed or implied (meaning the condition and the location is final and you are offering to purchase the item based on its current condition and location). No warranties are offered. If you are unclear about any condition of this Sale, you should contact Purchasing Division for clarification at 248-841-2533. All sales will be final. The City may withdraw an item at any time from the auction.
