Once the City of Florence receives notification of payment of the item, the purchaser will contact the Fleet Manager at 859-647-5424 or email at Liverio.Garcia@florence-ky.gov to schedule an appointment to pick up the item.
The items can be picked up at 7850 Tanners Lane with the City of Florence. Typical times are Monday through Friday 8 a.m. till 2 p.m.
After the purchaser signs the bill of sale the purchaser will be able to be removed from the property.
All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified
A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate. . Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. No assistance will be provided.
