2017 Dodge Charger Police SEDAN 4-DR with 5.7L V8 OHV 16V, AWD. Seller has keys and a salvage title. This vehicle was towed in and will not start (no battery). Right air bags deployed, cracked windshield, front tires flat. Vehicle has dents, scratches and left rear axle damage. Idle hours = 4879.4, Total hours = 8393.2

Property must be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Buyers have five (5) business days to pay once the auction closes. Once payment is made, buyers have five (5) business days to remove property. Any property not removed within the five (5) day time frame is considered abandoned and will be disposed of as The State of Ohio chooses. NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN. Buyer will also be prohibited from bidding and buying from The State of Ohio.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided.

Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
