Hobart meat slicer - used in a restaurant setting, but taken out of service a year ago. Does not work and we are not able to find parts to fix it.

TAX CALCULATION & EXEMPTIONS


TAX CALCULATION: Sale Tax, where applicable, will be calculated and added at the end of the auction.

TAX EXEMPTION: Where taxes are applicable (see the Buyer's Certificate), Tax Exempt documents must be provided to Bidder Services at tax@govdeals.com within 24 hours of the auctions close and before payment is made. Bidders are encouraged to submit their Tax Exempt Documentation prior to the Auction's close to expedite this process. Please contact Bidder Services for all tax exemption questions.

RemovalRemoval
All items must be picked up by the successful bidder no later than ten (10) days after the bid has been accepted or the bid is considered to be revoked. It is the responsibility of the bidder to determine how to remove all items in the lot. The successful bidder must take all contents of the lot they purchased. The City of Piqua, its employees, agents and volunteers, do not represent the condition of these items, accepts no liability for the removal of the items and will not assist in the removal of the items and is not responsible for any items not retrieved within the ten (10) days allotted period.

Removal: All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Property may be removed by appointment, excluding legal holidays.
