Filters will need to be replaced and door seal gaskets will need to be replaced. The paint booth was last used in 1999. Exhaust fans are in working condition along with inside lights. Dimensions are 20ft x 10ft x 10ft
THIS ASSET WAS FORMERLY OWNED AND OPERATED BY THE BREATHITT COUNTY ATC. THE ITEMS HAS NOT BEEN IN USE SINCE 1999. THIS ITEM IS BEING OFFERED FOR SALE AND MUST BE REMOVED FROM THE PREMISES NO LATER THAN 6/18/2022. IF THE ASSET HAS NOT BEEN REMOVED THE BIDDER WILL FORFEIT THE BID AND BE AUTOMATICALLY DEFAULTED NO EXCEPTIONS. BIDDER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL LABOR MATERIALS AND/OR EQUIPMENT REQUIRED TO REMOVE PROPERTY FROM THE PREMISES. NO ASSISTANCE WILL BE PROVIDED.

Removal
ONCE THE ITEM HAS BEEN REMOVED FROM THE SELLER’S LOCATION; ALL SALES ARE FINAL. All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate. PLEASE CALL IN ADVANCE TO SCHEDULE A TIME FOR PICK-UP!
