Lot of two generators. One is a Coleman 4 kW and the other is Vanguard 8 kW. Both are in used but workable condition and were used by the Sumter Fire Department. We recommend inspection BEFORE bidding. If you are the high bidder, it must be paid for and picked up within 10 business days (payment is to be made at Finance Department, 2nd Floor, 13 East Canal Street, Sumter SC 29150 (County Administration Building) AND must be removed within 10 days from the Bethel Fire Station of the Sumter Fire Department (1865 Nettles Road, Sumter SC 29154. Please call Chris Hilditch at 803-436-2307 or 803-305-8238 to schedule an appointment for inspection and/or removal. Absolutely no exceptions. Pickup hours are between the hours of 8:30 am through 4:30 pm Monday - Friday.

 Removal

All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Under no circumstances will Sumter County assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping. Property may be removed between the hours of 8:30a.m. and 4:00p.m. (closed for lunch 12:00 - 1:00) Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.
