Wire Transfer
Wire Transfer is the only payment option for this item. The Wire Transfer Transaction Summary page will provide payment and account information. The Wire Transfer must be completed within 5 days unless otherwise specified below.

Admin Fee: A 5% Admin Fee will be added to the final selling price of all items in addition to any taxes imposed.

Payment shall be made through Twin Rivers Unified School District. Winning bidder will have (60) calendar days to complete the transaction. These payment instructions over-ride the standard payment instructions.

Acceptable forms of payment are: U. S. Currency, Certified Cashiers Check, Money Order, or a Company Check (with Bank Letter guaranteeing funds - mandatory).

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Once property transaction is confirmed by GovDeals, the purchaser will work with Twin Rivers Unified School District Attorneys office on the conveyance of the property.

TAX EXEMPTION: Where taxes are applicable (see the Buyer's Certificate), Tax Exempt documents must be provided to this seller within 24 hours of the auctions close and before payment is made. Please see the contact below for any questions.


If you are the winning bidder of the asset and you fail to pay for per the terms and conditions, you will be in default, and the following will occur:
