Lot of Firewood is available. This material was gathered by clearing it from road rights of way and log jams. The wood is of various quality, size and species. Some guard rail posts are also included in the lot.

The buyer will have to cut and load the wood. Assistance may be available with the loading of large logs. However, help will be provided only if manpower is available and the buyer assumes all risk for damage that might occur during this process. Ottawa County will not be liable for any loss.

The material must be removed by from the County premises by April 15, 2021.

Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction.

The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. Bidders will be locked unless a prior arrangement has been made for any item not removed within the ten (10) business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.

If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
