Payment

Payment methods for this item are Wire Transfer, PayPal, or credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) only. PayPal and credit card purchases are limited to below $5,000.00 and Bidders residing in the United States, Canada and Mexico Only. If the winning bid plus applicable taxes, if any indicated, plus the buyer's premium equals to $5,000.00 or more, Wire Transfer must be used. Removal
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate. Pick-up hours are: 9:00 am - 4:00 pm MONDAY thru FRIDAY or by appointment. To schedule pick-up please contact us at aggiesurplus@ucdavis.edu. The bidder guarantees to indemnify UC Davis, its agents or employees, harmless from liability of any nature or kind in the sale of or bidder's use of the property. Assumption of Liability: The purchaser shall assume all liability for the property after award is made. UC Davis will exercise its usual care for protection up to the time of removal, but will not be responsible for any loss or damage. No property may be removed by the purchaser prior to making full payment. No refunds or adjustments will be made on any award(s). No service of any kind will be furnished by UC Davis.
