1994 Ford Econoline MOTORIZED CUTAWAY, 7.5L V8 OHV 16V. This motorhome is designed as a mobile command unit to provide shelter at emergency situations. We have only used it three times in one year, so we are selling it. It has the 460 cubic inch gasoline engine. The engine starts and runs well. The generator also starts and runs well and it has 5306 hours on its usage meter. There are no known roof leaks. The rooftop air conditioner also provides heat. The rear U-shaped seating area could easily be turned into a bed. It has storage under each section of the seating area and all around the ceiling. The restroom has a toilet and sink. There is a space for a small refrigerator as well as two large storage closets. There is a work desk with a large monitor. (The police/fire department radios pictured are NOT included in the purchase.) It has two 30 amp inverters to power all the potential accessories that might be needed at an emergency event. The unit has always been garage-stored. All the tires are newer and have at least 90% tread. The device on the back bumper is an infrared camera that no longer works.

The unit is sold as is with no warranty or guarantees. It may be viewed at our county road department during work hours, 8:00am until 3:30pm week days. Buyer will be responsible for pickup after payment clears. A: There is a fresh water tank that is located under the left side of the bench seat. We do not have an owner's manual, so unfortunately we do not have information on the exact gallon capacities for the fresh water or the sewage tank. (1/26/23 1:46 PM)

A: Total length of the vehicle is 23 1/2 feet (front bumper to trailer hitch). Total height is 10 1/2 feet. It is not certified for California emissions standards. (1/27/23 3:28 PM)
