All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of auction close. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Property may be removed by appointment only, between the hours of 9:00a.m. and 3:00p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays. Our offices are closed on Thursday November 25th, and Friday November 26th for the Thanksgiving Holiday. No Pickups will be available those days.
