Q: Do you have a forklift to load the safes? Do you have the comb for the safes? (1/20/22 8:21 AM)
A: A forklift will bring these items outside next to your vehicle but you are responsible for getting them in your vehicle (see attached loading assistance waiver). Combination for the safes are unknown (1/20/22 8:56 AM)
MASK & GLOVES ARE REQUIRED FOR INSPECTION. YOU WILL BE DENIED
Onsite Inspections will be FRIDAY, JANUARY 21st.

TAX CALCULATION & EXEMPTIONS
TAX CALCULATION: Sale Tax, where applicable, will be calculated and added at the end of the auction.
TAX EXEMPTION: Where taxes are applicable (see the Buyer’s Certificate), Tax Exempt documents must be provided to Bidder Services at email@example.com within 24 hours of the auctions close and before payment is made. Bidders are encouraged to submit their Tax Exempt Documentation prior to the Auction’s close to expedite this process. Please contact Bidder Services for all tax exemption questions.
MASK & GLOVES ARE REQUIRED FOR REMOVAL. YOU WILL BE DENIED ACCESS TO THE PROPERTY IF YOU DO NOT HAVE MASK AND GLOVES
PLEASE NOTE: Purchases will ONLY be released upon receipt of payment as specified. The below forms are to be printed out and/or completed in their entirety before removal NO EXCEPTIONS.
Buyer Certificate - Buyer must print out Buyer Certificate received via email at the end of each successful auction. If the certificated is not printed and presented by the buyer or third party at the time of removal, the item(s) will not be release. No exceptions.
Loading Assistance Waiver - ALL buyers must complete, initial, sign and present the completed waiver upon removal. Items will be placed next to buyers vehicle and buyer is responsible for loading items into their own vehicle. No exceptions. Please click the link for a copy of the waiver.
Authorization of Release Form - Any buyer planning to send a third party for removal will need to fill out and remit a completed Authorization of Release Form along with a signed Bill of Sale and a copy of their driver's license or government identification card. No exceptions.
Removals will be January 27th - 28th, January 31st - February 4th, February 7th - 9th (8am-3pm central) No Appointment Needed
All items must be removed by February 9th NO EXCEPTIONS
Purchases will be released ONLY upon receipt of payment as specified and a printed buyer's certificated is presented at removal.
Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property.
Under no circumstances will State of Alabama, Surplus Property Division assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping.
