Bids placed by bidders who have not virtually met with Toby Tung or Joe Matthews will not be accepted. Any prospective buyers should be able to provide 2 references attesting to their knowledge and abilities with working with a deposition system utilizing targets, metal oxides, high voltages, and vacuum systems. They should also be able to describe their deposition and research experience and their plans for this deposition system.
