Auto-bidAs a bidder, you don't have to constantly watch auctions and worry about being outbid! All GovDeals Internet Auctions feature an auto-bid. In the bid box on the auction view page, enter the HIGHEST dollar amount that you are willing to pay, and the GovDeals bidding system will bid on your behalf by placing a bid at the current LOWEST minimum bid. If another bidder outbids your LOWEST minimum bid, the system will automatically place another bid, once again making you the current high bidder, until your "top dollar" number is reached. The auto-bidding system will continue to place the LOWEST minimum bids on your behalf until you are the winner of the auction or another bidder bids higher than your auto-bid. Once 60 days have passed GovDeals will return this bid deposit.

This lot consists of the two pictured analog video routers, Kitron model no 9935. Please review attached PDF document titled “Notice to Bidders” under additional removal instructions. These items were working when last in use, however, the functionality and completeness of this lot is not guaranteed. All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS and WITHOUT WARRANTY. See photos for more details. Buyer is RESPONSIBLE for the PACKAGING, the REMOVAL, and the TRANSPORTING of ALL items. We always encourage an appointment for inspection prior to bidding. We only accept tax-exempt documents from Maryland public institutions. Tax- exempt documents must be provided to this seller within 24 hours of the auctions close. Tax-exempt status may or may not be recognized by seller.

Please research the equipment you are bidding on so you can be sure to have the necessary tools, personnel, and vehicle/trailer to safely remove the equipment from its location in a timely manner. Removal of property is only permitted Monday through Friday during normal College hours of operation and only with advance appointment. There are no pickups permitted on holidays observed by the College or during College breaks. Please schedule your appointments a minimum of 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. ITEMS AUCTIONED ARE FOR PICKUP ONLY. PACKAGING AND SHIPPING ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BIDDER. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE CONSIDERED. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.
The individual removing the asset must provide copy of Buyers Certificate and photo ID at time of removal. The Buyer’s Certificate serves as Proof-of-Purchase and must be presented at the time of item removal. ** If using a 3rd-Party agent; Buyer must provide agent with a faxed copy including their signed authorization to release their items. Buyer must notify Seller if using a Third-Party Agent and provide details. 3rd-Party agent will be asked to show proof of photo ID at time of pick-up along with the signed document.
