Inspection: The item listed for bid is being sold in "as is" condition and no warranty or guarantee is assessed to the condition of the contents.

Bidders may inspect the property prior to bidding. Please contact Brian Brookhart at (937) 778-2095 to schedule an inspection between the hours of 7 am and 3 pm, Monday thru Friday. Item is housed at 859 S. Main St., Piqua, OH 45356.

Payment in full is due not later than 5 business days from the time and date of the Buyer’s Certificate. Acceptable forms of payment are: U. S. Currency, Certified Cashiers Check, Money Order, or a Company Check (with Bank Letter guaranteeing funds – mandatory)

Checks shall be made payable to: City of Piqua, Ohio Attn: Finance Department, 201 W. Water St., Piqua, OH 45356.

All items must be picked up by the successful bidder no later than ten (10) days after the bid has been accepted or the bid is considered to be revoked. It is the responsibility of the bidder to determine how to remove all items in the lot. The successful bidder must take all contents of the lot they purchased. The City of Piqua, its employees, agents and volunteers, do not represent the condition of these items, accepts no liability for the removal of the items and will not assist in the removal of the items and is not responsible for any items not retrieved within the ten (10) days allotted period.

Removal: All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Property may be removed by appointment, excluding legal holidays.
