ONCE THE ITEM HAS BEEN REMOVED FROM THE SELLER’S LOCATION; ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the City of Fort Wright Police Department, 409 Kyles Lane, Fort Wright, Ky 41011. The buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Under no circumstances with the City of Fort Wright assume responisiblity for packing, loading or shipping. Property may be removed between the hours of 9am and 4pm, Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidayss. A daily storage fee of $10 may be charged for any items not removed within the 10 business days allowed. PLEASE CALL IN ADVANCE TO SCHEDULE A TIME FOR PICK-UP!
