Assets will be available for inspection Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, 8 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. excluding Wednesdays and Holidays. Appointments are necessary.
Payment
Wire Transfer is the only payment option for this item. The Wire Transfer Transaction Summary page will provide payment and account information. The Wire Transfer must be completed within 5 days unless otherwise specified below. If this item indicates sales tax is to be paid, and you are claiming Tax Exempt Status, contact the Seller prior to placing a bid to verify your documentation is acceptable to Seller. Once the Seller confirms you are tax exempt, they can remove the sales tax from Bill of Sale, create a new invoice in your account, and then you can make payment online through your GovDeals bidder account. Removal

IF ITEMS ARE PALLETIZED AND BUYER DESIRES TO BREAK DOWN THE PALLET FOR LOADING, THIS MUST BE DONE OUTSIDE IN THE FRONT PARKING AREA. If you are the winning bidder, contact the Seller to arriving to verify payment has cleared and for instructions on pickup and removal. You must pay on line; no payments accepted on site. Assets will be available for pick-up Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. excluding Wednesdays and Holidays. If there are any issues with the item at the time of removal, resolve them with the Seller BEFORE THE ITEM IS REMOVED. All assets must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, dismantling (if applicable), loading and transportation of the property. Under no circumstances will Seller assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping. Any tools, bins, dollies, carts, pallet jacks, hand tools, straps, shrink wrapper, etc., which may appear in auction photos, are property of the Seller and NOT included in the auction. Pallets, are conveyed with auction lots at the discretion of the Seller.
