Trailer is beyond economical repair for the County. The true condition is unknown and cannot be determined. The trailer has not been inspected by a certified mechanic so the overall condition cannot be verified. It is suggested that the winning bidder have the trailer thoroughly inspected prior to attempting to tow it. Winning bidder is required to have trailer towed when picked up. ONCE ITEM HAS BEEN REMOVED FROM SELLERS LOCATION ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Most items offered for sale are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable. Bidders may inspect the property prior to bidding. Property may be inspected, by appointment only, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays. Bidders must adhere to the inspection dates and times indicated. If you are the winning bidder, contact the Seller PRIOR to arriving to VERIFY THE LOCATION of the item(s) won, SCHEDULE PICK UP and any additional instructions on payment, pickup and removal.

Property may be removed between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays. If there are any issues with the item at the time of removal, resolve them with the Seller BEFORE THE ITEM IS REMOVED. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

All assets must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified.

The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading, shipping, dismantling (if applicable), and transportation of the property. Under no circumstances will Seller assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping. At the time of pick-up, if the Buyer cannot remove items due to lack of proper planning, then a $25 surcharge will be incurred to reschedule the removal of property awarded to the Buyer. Storage fees will automatically begin that day if, the Buyer is not able to remove items. Under no circumstances will Chatham County, Georgia assume responsibility for packing, loading, or shipping.
