Q: I would like to make an appointment to inspect the contents of the 43 pallets or the 11 vaults that make up this auction block, before noon tomorrow at the location where the items are currently stored. Thank you for your consideration. This request was made through the contact us portal at 9:15 am and Shaun at GovDeals.com verified that the email was received and that GovDeals.com does not set up inspections and that the seller would perform that function. Removal is by Appointment Only and all items must be removed within five (5) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for all loading and removal of any and all property awarded to them. No Assistance will be provided. Vehicle Titles will be issued at the time of removal.

Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
