24604 US Hwy 331 S., Santa Rosa Beach, FL 32459. Includes a 2,800 sf pre-engineered metal building including all furniture, fixtures and equipment to be removed in it's entirety except for the monolithic concrete slab. Buyer shall dismantle and remove the entire structure and building contents from the property within 60 days from the sale date.

Bidders interested in veiwing the building shall contact Walton County TDC Beach Operations Department at 850-267-4578 to arrange a date an time to access the building.

Winning bidder must have proper licensure as required by Federal, State, and local authorities to perform the scope of work or subcontract the scope of work to a properly licensed company. A General Liability insurance policy in the amount of $2,000,000 required with Walton County listed as certificate holder and additional insured. All work activities shall be allowed seven days a week and between 6am and 8pm daily. All work activities must be completed in accordance with construction demolition practices and in compliance with all Federal, State, and Local rules and regulations.
