This auction is for an old Series 1000, Safety Dok, Advance Lift. This lift has not been used for years and is being sold as scrap metal. These items were in use at one time and is now being sold AS IS. REMOVAL: PROPERTY MAY BE REMOVED BY APPOINTMENT ONLY; between the hours of 9:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, except legal holidays. All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyers Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Prior to removal, buyer or buyer's authorized representative must sign a Bill of Sale. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyers Certificate. **BUYERS: DEMOLITION ON POSTAL PREMISES IS PROHIBITED.**
