1940 PLYMOUTH ROAD KING, 2 DOOR COUPE. PROJECT CAR. SEEMS TO BE COMPLETE. THE MOTOR IS A FLATHEAD 6 WITH A MANUAL TRANSMISSION.

THE CAR WAS LAST REGISTERED IN ARIZONA IN 1974 I BELIEVE.

THERE IS NO DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS VEHICLE. YOU WILL HAVE TO CONTACT THE LOCAL DMV TO SEE HOW TO REGISTER IT, AS IT HAS PROBABLY NEVER BEEN IN THE CALIFORNIA DMV DATABASE.

Q: So if the county has no interest in this car or liens on it why are you selling it for a private party? Just for the 10 percent admin. Fee? That's another shady deal that breaks govdeals rules for listing items. It does not belong to a government agency like the grand sport that is also for sale for a private party. (4/26/17 9:33 PM)
A: Actually, we are the Public Guardian's Office and we are the Conservator for the owner of the vehicle. We are selling the vehicle to help pay for his medical care. So we are not breaking any GovDeals rules for listing items. (4/27/17 10:22 AM)

A: There is a couple ways we could do that; 1. if you pass away and you have no family, the coroner's office can refer your case to our office 2. Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate.

The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
