 Removal

REMOVAL Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $20.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate. The buyer must supply all personnel and supplies necessary for removal of assets. The City of Tallahassee will not provide any loading capabilities. There are no forklifts or loading docks at this location. In the event of a third party (non-buyer listed) picking up your items on your behalf, a form will be provided for you to fill out in it's entirety for your authorization to allow the third party to remove your items from the premises on your behalf along with a copy of your personal identification (drivers license).
