This lot contains a section of blue seating shown to the right of the isle the photos. This does not include any part of the structure. There will be NO loading or removal assistance and anyone involved with the removal must sign a liability waiver as well as meeting the requirement listed below prior to removal. Buyer will have 30 days from the day the auction ends for removal of the assets with no extensions. Buyer is expected to remove ALL purchased items. These items have not been professionally tested. There may be missing parts. Any questions must be asked online so everyone can see question and response. We will not respond to phone calls or direct emails. Sold as is where is. Any packing or shipping needed is the responsibility of the buyer. Pickup and payment of the item(s) is expected in the time frame motioned above but pickups MUST be done by appointment. 1. Employers'/Buyers Liability Insurance. The Buyer shall acquire and maintain Employers’/Buyers Liability insurance with at least $500,000/$500,000/$500,000 limits of liability for all individual and/or employees who will be working at the Project site. 2. Commercial General Liability Insurance. If cranes and rigging are involved, a separate inland marine policy with liability limits of $20,000,000 will be required. 3. The limits of liability shall not be less than $1,000,000 each occurrence combined single limits for bodily injury and property damage. 4. Comprehensive Automobile Liability Insurance. Policy limits shall not be less than $1,000,000 for combined single limits for bodily injury and property damage for each occurrence. 5. Excess or Umbrella Liability Insurance. This policy shall have a minimum of $1,000,000 combined single limits for bodily injury and property damage for each occurrence in excess of the applicable limits in the primary policies. 6. Workers’ Compensation (if the buyer is using a contractor or employees in the removal)- Statutory Requirements (Kentucky)
