Payment

Payment methods for this item are Wire Transfer, PayPal, or credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) only. PayPal and credit card purchases are limited to below $5,000.00 and Bidders residing in the United States, Canada and Mexico Only. If the winning bid plus applicable taxes, if any indicated, plus the buyer's premium equals to $5,000.00 or more, Wire Transfer must be used. Buyers on level one probation have a PayPal and Credit Card limit of $1,000. If Wire Transfer is chosen, a Wire Transfer Transaction Summary page will provide payment and account information. The Wire Transfer must be completed within 5 days unless otherwise specified below. Payment is due at the time of sale and must be paid with the organization’s check or credit card. Oklahoma State agencies and municipalities may also pay with a purchase order. Oklahoma State Surplus does not accept cash or personal checks or personal debit/credit cards. When applicable, Non-profit (501c3) organizations in the State of Oklahoma will be charged sales tax unless and until they can provide a copy of their organization’s State of Oklahoma sales tax exemption.
Removal
Shipping is not available. The winning agency is responsible for all aspects of pick-up / removal, including but not limited to packing, loading and transportation. All items must be picked-up / removed within 10 (ten) business days from the date of sale, unless otherwise stated in the asset description. If any item is not removed within the allotted timeframe the item may be declared abandoned.
