ITEM: 1993 John Deere 1438 (GX1320) 38" Walk Behind Mower
ENGINE: Kawasaki 14HP K.Series
PROBLEMS: Unit is not working. Controls are seized up(some), needs battery, motor pulls over, no spark, old gas. Last Serviced 11/26/2019. WILL NOT ROLL.
CONDITION: Rust, Scratches, and normal wear and tear for age and use.

SHIPPING -- Seller does NOT ship at all. If you choose to purchase and need to ship, all shipping details are the responsibility of the Purchaser, including but not limited to: choosing company, paying company, all shipping supplies, loading, providing shipping details to Seller to verification upon picket, etc.

PICK UP after Payment is received: Winner bidder is REQUIRED to set up an appointment to pick up the unit within 10 business of payment (prefer a 24-hour notice prior to pick up). To schedule a pick up appointment, please call 517-483-6625. Person picking up will need to show identification so we can verify it against our records.
If you plan to have a third party complete the removal of this item/lot, you must notify the Seller (via email listed on your Buyer’s Certificate) in writing via email the name/company, date of pick up, item number/description, phone number. Your third party pick up person/company must make an appointment 24- hours in advance. This must be completed 24-hours PRIOR to any removal. Identification is required at pick up.
NOTE: The City of Lansing does NOT ship and does NOT have any shipping supplies.

SALES TAXWhen applicable, sales tax is calculated based upon the auction’s advertised location.

Property/Item may be removed by APPOINTMENT only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided.
A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate unless other plans have been made between the Seller and Purchaser.

Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
