One (1) wooden table with drawer 22" wide x 26" deep x 24" high. This table is in fair condition with some scratches and marks on it. We recommend inspection BEFORE bidding. If you are the high bidder, it must be paid for and picked up within 10 business days (payment is to be made at Finance Department, 2nd Floor, 13 East Canal Street, Sumter SC 29150 AND must be removed within 10 days from (200 S Harvin Street, Sumter SC 29150 (County Warehouse). Pickup hours are between the hours of 8:30 am through 4:30 pm Monday - Friday.

Inspection

Bidders may inspect and are encouraged to inspect the items PRIOR to bidding. Items may be inspected by appointment with Property Manager.

Payment

Payment in full is due not later than10 business days from the time and date of the Buyer’s Certificate. Acceptable forms of payment are: · U. S. Checks shall be made payable to: Sumter County Government. Payments shall be made at 13 E Canal Street, 2nd floor Finance Department, Sumter SC 29150.

Removal

All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Under no circumstances will Sumter County assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping. Property may be removed between the hours of 8:30a.m. and 4:00p.m. (closed for lunch 12:00 - 1:00) Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.
